A rare 2990-1 Omega Seamaster 1960, in excellent condition.
Simple and stylish, this watch is the epitome of the Omega brand. Featuring a white dial offset by raised silver pencil hour markers, luminous dauphin hands, and a neat sub second dial above the ‘6’ ‘o’ clock mark, it has a subtle sophistication which is fitting for both casual and formal wear.
The solid stainless steel case measures at 36mm in diameter, and houses the 17 jewel, manual wind, calibre 267.
Fully serviced and regulated, this watch keeps good time.
A little history:
The first Omega Seamaster was manufactured in 1948 and today is Omega’s longest running product line. It has famously been associated with James Bond movies since Pierce Brosnan wore one in 1995 in the film ‘Golden Eye’, and in subsequent films in which he starred.
