About this watch
A fine example of the Omega Constellation Gold Pie Pan, which dates back to 1967. This watch epitomes style, with its professionally restored pie-pan dial ornately decorated with gold hour markers, gold dauphin hands and a gold applied Omega logo and constellation star. Attention to detail which has been carried over to the back of the case, where, specific to the gold constellation model, a hand-engraved observatory of Geneva with eight stars above it – each star signifying an Omega achievement in the world chronometer competition – is featured.
Reference 168010, powered by a 24-jewel 564 calibre, this watch has an automatic movement which yields 19,800 beats per hour (5.5 per second), Incabloc shock protection, sweep seconds and an 18 carat gold case that measures 36mm.
It comes fully regulated, and has been paired with a new handmade band, in keeping with the overall aesthetic.
