Omega Jumbo Two Tone 1952
About this watch
A handsome two tone vintage Omega, with a very subtle tone difference between the centre and outer circles on the watch face. The minutes track can be found around the edge of the inner circle, a less frequently seen feature which makes for an interesting and tidy dial.
Super stylish, the watch sports gold bar hour and minute markers, along with gold dauphin hands, and measures at 36mm in diameter.
Reference number 2640-8, it’s powered by the 15-jewel calibre 283 manual movement, beats at 19,800 beats per hour (5.5 per second), and has Incabloc shock protection.
Fully serviced and regulated, it holds good charge, maintains excellent time, and comes fitted with a new handmade strap, which is in keeping with the overall aesthetic of the watch.
