About this watch

This exceptional 1954 Omega Bumper 14ct gold, produced just six years after the first Seamaster model, carries all the fine traits of the Seamaster lineage. Built with a little more depth than many of the other Seamaster slimline dress watches, it has its own distinct style.

A luxury dress watch with beautiful gold bar markers to match its 14ct gold – it has a calibre 355 automatic movement with a beat rate of 19,800 bph (5.5 beats per second), 17 jewels and incabloc shock protection. It runs very well, holds a good charge and maintains excellent time. Both the 34mm diameter case and the crown are signed.

The watch movement has been fully serviced and regulated and a new brown strap has been added as a stylish accompaniment.

A little history:
Based on the pilot’s watch supplied by Omega to the RAF in 1945, the Seamaster was launched in 1948 to celebrate Omega’s centenary year. This particular vintage watch dates from the pinnacle of the Seamaster marque.
